Water
Drinking Water
Tap water comes from our own well and is filtered. Whilst no one in Sardinia drinks the tap water, it is, however, fine for making tea and boiling pots for pasta etc.
For drinking water, either buy bottled, or fill your ‘empties’ at the ‘sorgente’ (public well) in Fluminimaggiore for free, delicious, local mineral water.

Hot Water
Solar heated water is provided all summer long and is backed up by a gas boiler in the winter months.
REMEMBER: Sardinia has limited water resources so please use with care.
