Heating & Cooling
The house is well ventilated and benefits from good breezes in summer as it sits on a hill; each room has a fan for exceptionally hot weather.
With the shutters and the windows closed during the day to keep the heat out, the house will remain cool; open them again in the evening and let the cool air in.
In winter, underfloor heating keeps the house cosy. |
